​Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to your booked arrival date will result in refund of deposit less the amount equal to one night’s stay.(Day of notice is not counted as a day; day of arrival is counted)

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to your booked arrival date will result in forfeiture of your full deposit .
Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.

​Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for the Lake House and all cottages of Turtlehill. It will be refunded 48 hours after check-out pending inspection. Major damages , not covered by the security deposit, will be automatically charged to your credit card. **(contract not website)

​Check in & Check out
Check-in- 4pm. If you require an early check-in time, please inform us upon making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Check-out- 10am. If you require a late check-out, please inform us upon check-in and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check-in/ check-out requests will depend on cottage availability. Additional charges may apply.

​Payment Options
The Cottages-at-Turtlehill accepts debit (on site only), Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept cash.

​​HOUSEKEEPING

All cottages are self-catered, we do not provide housekeeping services. Please note that we do provide 1-2 sets of clean towels and 1 set of clean bedding weekly.

​additional occupants and use of sofa-beds​
A $25- fee per night applies per additional person or requiring the use of sofa-beds.

visitors

For security reasons, please inform us of any day visitors you may invite. Maximum of four (4) visitors to each cottage.

​​taxes and fees
All prices are subject to a 13% HST  (Harmonized Sales Tax).

​​parking
We have very limited parking. Each cottage has one parking space available. The Lakehouse has two parking spaces available. Additional parking requests must be made at the time of booking. Please inform us if you have a boat trailer as there is limited trailer parking.

​​photo id
Valid photo ID is required for check-in, as well as for processing credit cards.

​​age requirements
You must be 25 years old to rent a cottage and show valid I.D. upon check-in.

​pets, smoking and noise

Sorry, we love animals but we cannot allow pets, we have two cats who OWN the property and they're not even allowed in the cottages!

For the comfort of all our guests, we strive to keep our accommodations allergy-free.

As we have an Eco-Friendly bent, we cannot accommodate personal watercraft i.e. Sea-doo's, jet-skis.

While enjoying yourselves, please refrain from loud partying.

We are a non-smoking property.

​Consider travel insurance to cover you for loss of deposit in the event of a cancellation.
